Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service before returning damaged goods. No exchanges or credits will be processed for items returned without an RMA number.

Exchange Process for Damaged Goods

To initiate an exchange, please:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Return the damaged item using the RMA number provided.We will process exchanges only for items that meet the damaged goods criteria and have an authorized RMA number.
